Vieux Carré

INGREDIENTS

1.25 oz Brother’s Bond Rye whiskey
0.75 oz Cognac
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
0.25 oz Benedictine
2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
2 dashes Angostura bitters

 

METHOD

Add all ingredients to rocks glass.
Add large ice cube, and stir for 10-15 seconds.
Garnish with a lemon peel.
