0.75 oz Aperol
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
1-2 oz Sparkling Wine
METHOD
Long shake Brother’s Bond Bourbon, Aperol and lemon juice for 15-20 seconds. Fine strain into glass. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon Peel
