Crafted according to the strict standards of the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897, this bourbon is distilled at a single distillery during a single season and aged for a minimum of seven years—three years longer than required—in a federally bonded warehouse. The deep barrel char and non-chill filtration enhance its character, imparting a harmonious blend of vanilla, toasted oak, sweet caramel, and subtle baking spices.
