Smokey Bourbon Cashew Aioli


1/2 cup roasted cashew butter
4 garlic cloves minced
1 tbsp dijon mustard
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon honey
1 oz Brother’s Bond Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Salt and pepper, to taste


Add cashew butter, garlic, dijon, lemon juice, and paprika in a bowl and mix until a creamy consistency is achieved. Add honey, bourbon, salt and pepper to taste and continue mixing.
Serve at room temperature.
Leftovers will keep for up to a week in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Note: For a thinner consistency, add water a tbsp at a time until the desired consistency is achieved.
