Black Cherry Slush

INGREDIENTS

2 oz Brother’s Bond Regenerative Grain Straight Bourbon
0.75 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Maple Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
10-15 Black Cherries with pits and stems removed

METHOD

Add all ingredients to blender and add 10-15 ice cubes. Blend until smooth (some pieces of cherry skin may remain intact).
Add more ice if needed and blend again. Pour into glass.

Garnish: Lime Wedge
