Backyard BBQ Sauce


1/3 cup Brother’s Bond Straight Bourbon Whiskey
1 cup Light brown sugar
2/3 cup Apple juice
2/3 cup Ketchup
3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 tsp Sea salt
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (vegan-friendly)
2 teaspoons garlic chili sauce
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard


In a small saucepot, whisk together all ingredients on medium-high heat. As soon as the sauce starts to boil, turn the heat to medium-low and bring the sauce to a simmer. Once it thickens, remove it from heat and allow it to cool.
