OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES

HOW TO PLAY & ELIGIBILITY
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

 

Enter for a Chance to Win: Grand Prize: One (1) Big Sur Glamping Trip for two (2) (“Camp Bond”). Secondary Prizes: Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) Stanley 1913 Steel Cooler. THE BROTHER’S BOND CAMP BOND SWEEPSTAKES (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by BROTHER'S BOND DISTILLING COMPANY, LLC., 7700 Windrose Avenue, G300, Plano, TX 75024 (the "Sponsor") as a promotional Sweepstakes for its products.

 

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on September 30, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

 

Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and immediate family members of Sponsor, Stanley 1913, affiliated companies, distributors, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any entities involved in the administration of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate.

 

ENTRY METHOD

 

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible consumers may enter by:

1.     Scanning the Sweepstakes QR code, and following all instructions to enter;

2.     Visiting the designated @brothersbondbourbon Instagram post for the Sweepstakes

3.     Following @brothersbondbourbon and @stanley1913_brand on Instagram; and

4.     Tagging one (1) friend in the comments of the Sweepstakes post.

6.     For an additional entry, share to your story

Where an entry is made through a social media post, entrants must include the hashtag #CampBondSweepsEntry in the post and comply with all applicable platform rules and advertising disclosure requirements. Failure to include the required hashtag may result in disqualification, in Sponsor's sole discretion.

 

Limit one (1) entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period.

Entrants must have a public Instagram account at the time of entry and winner verification.

Automated entries, bulk entries, or entries submitted through third parties are void.

 

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Instagram. Instagram is completely released from all liability by each entrant in connection with this Sweepstakes.

 

ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (“AMOE”)

To enter without using Instagram or making a purchase, eligible entrants may send an email to ama@brothersbondbourbon.com with the subject line “CAMP BOND Sweepstakes Entry” and include their full name, mailing address, phone number, date of birth, and email address.

 

Email entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on September 30, 2026.

 

Limit one (1) email entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period.

 

Participants are required to agree to the Sweepstakes Rules to be officially entered. The same person cannot enter from two or more different e-mail addresses, and two different persons cannot enter from the same e-mail address. Entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor will not be responsible for illegible, incomplete, lost, misdirected or late entries, which will be void. Any use of automated devices is prohibited. Only eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period will be entered in the Sweepstakes.



PRIZE
2. There is (1) Grand Prize and (10) Secondary Prizes available to be won, consisting of:

Grand Prize (1 Winner)

One (1) Big Sur Glamping Trip for two (2).

Prize includes:

· Three (3) nights of glamping accommodations at Ventana Big Sur for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest.

· Brother's Bond Welcome Gift

· Ground transportation, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,500

Travel dates are subject to availability and Sponsor approval. Winner and guest must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older and travel together on the same itinerary.

Secondary Prizes (10 Winners)

Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) Stanley 1913 Steel Cooler (“Cooler”).

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $650 for each Cooler.

No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

 

The Grand Prize and Secondary Prizes are non-transferable, must be accepted as awarded, and cannot be substituted for cash (other than at the sole discretion of the Sponsor). Arrangements for Grand Prize and Secondary Prize delivery will be confirmed with the winner by e-mail or telephone. The Grand Prize and Secondary Prize will only be released to the verified winner. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Alcoholic beverages are not part of the prize.

PRIZE DRAW
3. Winners will be selected in a random drawing by the Sponsor or its representative (the “Sweepstakes Judge”) conducted on or about October 15th, 2026, from all eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified via Instagram direct message and/or email. Entrants are responsible for monitoring their Instagram inbox, including message requests. The Sponsor or its representatives will attempt to contact the selected entrant by email and/or telephone for a period of three (3) business days following the draw date. If the selected entrant cannot be contacted within the allotted time, he/she is no longer eligible to win a prize and the Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, select at random another eligible entrant whom the Sponsor or its representatives will attempt to contact, and who shall in turn be subject to disqualification, in the same manner. The odds of being selected for a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Potential winners may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, IRS tax documentation, and where lawful, a Publicity Release. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe, is found ineligible, or fails to complete required documents, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.


4. In order to be declared a winner, the potential winner of a prize must furnish valid proof of age (for example, a driver’s license, birth certificate or passport), and will be required to complete, sign and return to the Sponsor a Declaration of Compliance with the Sweepstakes Rules and a Release of Liability within three (3) business days of delivery of same by the Sponsor, confirming compliance with the Sweepstakes Rules and regulations and releasing the Sponsor, their respective advertising and promotional agencies, any Sweepstakes judging organization, liquor authorities, parent companies and affiliates of the foregoing and all their respective directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes, or occurring as a result of the Prize being awarded.

 

Participants hereby agree to indemnify and hold Sponsor, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, owners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents and permitted assigns harmless from and against any third party claims, actions or proceedings of any kind and from any and all damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including attorney fees and court costs, arising out of any breach or alleged breach of any of the warranties and representations set forth above; and/or participation in this Sweepstakes (regardless of the cause of such injury, damage or loss) and/or the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of the prize awarded.

 

The winner irrevocably authorizes the Sweepstakes Sponsor to broadcast, publish, and disseminate his/her name, address, photograph, likeness or other image, voice, and/or statements, in connection with any advertising, promotion, publicity, and/or for general news, entertainment, marketing and information purposes at no compensation (other than the Prize) to the winner. No participant will be declared a winner until his/her compliance with these Sweepstakes Rules has been verified. Declaration of Compliance and Release documents must be returned within the time period indicated on the documents or as requested by the Sponsor or its representative, or the Prize will be forfeited.

GENERAL RULES

5. To enter and be eligible to win, an entrant must be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who is twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.

 

Persons are not eligible to enter if they: a) are an employee of the Sponsor or any of its affiliates or related parties, or of any of its advertising or promotional agencies, or of any participating stores or Sweepstakes judging organization or any prize supplier; b) are an employee of or contractor to any liquor authority, any liquor distribution company or any participating licensed establishment; c) are a member of the immediate family (defined as parents, siblings, children and spouse, regardless of where they live) or household (whether related or not) of any of such persons; or d) have won any other Sweepstakes or game of skill the Sponsor has offered within the twelve (12) months prior to the commencement of the Sweepstakes Period. Entries may not be given or sold to anyone else, and the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse to accept the registration of an entry if the Sponsor considers the entry to have been submitted by an ineligible person or through any mechanical, electronic or other automated means of submission. All participants must prove their eligibility with valid photo identification and proof of residency, upon request.


This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and municipal laws and regulations. All incidental costs and expenses not specifically referred to herein including (without limitation) federal, state, and local taxes, shall be the responsibility of the prize winners. Before being declared a winner, selected entrants must sign a Declaration of Compliance and Release documents, confirming his/her eligibility and compliance with the Sweepstakes Rules and releasing the Released Parties from any and all liability arising from: (i) participation in the Sweepstakes; (ii) acceptance of the prizes as awarded; and (iii) the administration of the Sweepstakes and distribution of the prize awarded herein.

6. If the identity of an entrant/winner is disputed, the entrant/winner will be deemed to be the person in whose name the applicable e-mail account is registered. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of receipt of a valid entry in this Sweepstakes will be the Sponsor's network equipment.

7. The Prize must be accepted as awarded. They may not be transferred or substituted for cash, another prize, or otherwise (other than at the sole discretion of the Sponsor). The Sponsor reserves the right, for any reason whatsoever, in its sole and absolute discretion, to award a substitute prize of equivalent monetary value or greater value if a prize cannot be awarded as described. The Prize will only be delivered to the verified winner. Arrangements for Prize delivery will be confirmed with the winner by email or telephone.

8. All decision(s) of the Sweepstakes Judges, who may be employees of the Sponsor or its affiliates or independent contractors, are final and binding with respect to all aspects of the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, eligibility and/or disqualification of entries. All entries are the property of the Sponsor.

9. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Sweepstakes Rules and the decisions of the Sweepstakes Judges, which are final. Entrants who have not complied with these Sweepstakes Rules are subject to disqualification. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE SWEEPSTAKES WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to save and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, the suppliers of the Prize and their respective employees, officers, directors and agents from any and all liability for harm which the winner may suffer as a result of participation in the Sweepstakes, compliance or non-compliance with these Sweepstakes Rules and acceptance and use of the Prize, and the winner agrees to sign the Sponsor's form(s) of Declaration of Compliance and Release of Liability and Publicity Release documentation (see Rule 4 above) in this regard before receiving his/her Prize. The Sponsor shall not bear any liability arising from or in any way relating to the Sweepstakes or the Prize awarded.

11. The Sponsor reserves the right to change the terms of the Sweepstakes or terminate it at any time, without prior notice, if required. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, if for any reason in the sole opinion of the Sponsor the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes is corrupted or adversely affected, including by reason of tampering, fraud, technical failures or any other reason beyond its control, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, including selecting winners and/or additional winners from previously received valid entries.

12. By entering this Sweepstakes, the winner consents and agrees to the use by the Sponsor or its agents of the winner's name, city of residence, photograph, likeness or other image, voice and/or statements for any and all publicity purposes, commercial or otherwise, in any and all media without compensation (other than the Prize) of any kind or further notification.

13. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, delayed, incomplete, garbled, undelivered, damaged or misdirected entries or for any technical problems of any kind affecting the operation or administration of this Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, any technical malfunction or failure of, or any other problem with, any computer hardware or software or any telephone network or lines or broadcast transmission during the Sweepstakes Period. The Sponsor will not be responsible for any injury or damage to the participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes.

14. This Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and municipal laws. Except where prohibited, entrants agree that:(a) any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action; and (b) any claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
