Ingredients:
2 oz Brother's Bond Straight Bourbon
¼ oz honey syrup (1:1 honey + warm water)
4–5 oz very cold ginger ale
Lemon wedge
Method:
Fill a tall glass completely with ice. Add bourbon and honey syrup. Top with cold ginger ale. Squeeze lemon wedge into the drink, then drop it in.
