  • 2 oz Brother’s Bond Straight Bourbon
  • ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ½ oz Simple Syrup
  • ½ oz Ruby Port, floated
  • Optional: ½ oz Egg White
  • Lemon peel or cherry
  • 4 oz Brother’s Bond Straight Bourbon
  • 1½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz Ruby Port, floated
  • Optional: 1 oz Egg White
  • 2 lemon peels or cherries
  • 6 oz Brother’s Bond Straight Bourbon
  • 2¼ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1½ oz Simple Syrup
  • 1½ oz Ruby Port, floated
  • Optional: 1½ oz Egg White
  • 3 lemon peels or cherries
  • 8 oz Brother’s Bond Straight Bourbon
  • 3 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 oz Ruby Port, floated
  • Optional: 2 oz Egg White
  • 4 lemon peels or cherries

How to craft

  1. Add bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup and optional egg white to a shaker. If using egg white, dry shake first.
  2. Add ice and shake well.
  3. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
  4. Slowly float the ruby port over the back of a spoon.
  5. Garnish with a lemon peel or cherry.
